The obstacle is about the concept as retribution or transportation regulating tool

He told that regulation for the local revenue is still in discussing process.

"The obstacle is about the concept as retribution or transportation regulating tool. While the retribution should be decreed on bylaw how much the rate," he said at City Hall, Thursday (12/31).

2017, ERP Devices Installed

He added that he prefers the rate charged to riders is adjusted with the road condition. Because, he continued, the main purpose of ERP is for vehicles number control tool.

"For me it's vehicle number control tool so the money can be organized as i want. If it's quiet lower it, if it's crowded rise it," he uttered.

He targets ERP starts operating in the upcoming 2017. Since the legal protection is decided in that year.
